Shipments

Orders are shipped within 24 hours, or one business day, after your order is successfully placed.  For orders received by 12:00 Noon Eastern Time, your order will ship the same day.  We ship all packages via FedEx using one of the three service levels you may choose:  Ground Shipping, 2-Day Shipping, or Overnight Shipping. We will not allow a package to be delivered without a signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, because shipping fees will apply to each of them.
